CASA VISTAMARE - NEW, 20% LATE BOOKING DISCOUNT FOR JULY, AUGUST & SEPT.
Casa Vistamare is a delightful and large villa set in a garden stocked with grape vines & fruit trees, lying in an extremely quite & peaceful location in the Montecorvo foothills of Ischia. Guests will love the truly stunning, virtually 180°wonderful view of the Tyrrhenian sea(Mediterranean). Despite the secluded location the villa is only five minutes downhill stroll to the main road and bus services. The nearest town (1.5 km.) is Panza, convenient for shopping and restaurants. The villa is 4.5 km. from the main town of Forio, 12 km. from Ischia Porto.

Location
Because the villa has its own pool guests may be inclined not to venture any further for swimming. However there are many delightful beaches within easy reach, particularly Citara (and the Thermal Resort Poseidon), St Angelo & the Sorgeto bay with its famous hot springs.

Getting Around
Public transport on Ischia is excellent, frequent & cheap! However renting a car is undoubtedly more convenient and will spare guests the exercise of walking uphill to go home!

Please particularly note that for smaller parties, the GROUND FLOOR ONLY can be rented. Please see the floor plan for details of the facilities available. The ground floor sleeps a couple (or two singles) in the double room, plus an extra single bed for a child. There are also 2x single beds in the second bedroom. The property also has double sofa beds located in the occasional bedroom in an open-plan study and in the second bedroom d/s. This room gives up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

Per Christian says: "We were four adults and six kids, between 4 and 8 years, old staying for a week at Casa Vistamare. We were very happy with the stay and the owners excellent service. The property is spacious, has a beautiful garden, a lovely pool and an inviting kitchen, great for big dinner parties. A car is needed in order to get to the beach and around the island. There is a big supermarked just down the hill from the house and a great bakery and a cosy village about a kilometer away. The kids loved the pool. There are also several other outside areas on the property. Being allowed to pick fresh basil and vegetables from the garden really made us feel at home. We will definitly recommend to rent the villa and probably come back ourselves. "
