Terni Area villa rental details

THE VILLA
The villa, built by the owners in the early 70s, has been completely renovated in 2006 with a brand new 12X6 metres swimming pool. Villa Mafalda, boasts a wonderful 3000 square metres garden of olive trees and all kind of typical plants with a attractive view over the valley of Terni and the medieval town of Collescipoli.

ROOMS
The villa consists in three elegantly decorated double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a very large sitting room and dining room, with 32 LCD television, DVD player, Stereo, a fully equipped brand new kitchen and an amazing balcony/patio overlooking the valley, where it is possible to dine, relax and enjoy the sound of nature.

On request an additional bedroom with ensuite bathroom is available.( not included in price)

LOCATION
The nearness to Rome and to the historical centres of Todi, Orvieto, Assisi, Perugia and the neighbouring Tuscany, allows not only to enjoy the countryside, but also to visit important cultural sites, visited by millions of tourists from all over the world.
There are shops and restaurants nearby (10 mintes walking distance)

UMBRIA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT is only 85km away.
RYANAIR flights from London Stansted operate on Wed.Fri. Sat.Sun.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double,1 twin and a cot, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. This room gives up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

Entertainment:
The villa has television. The music system will play cassettes, vinyl, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The pool and pool area were beautifully maintained and the holiday could have been (and nearly was) spent without moving from the terrace. Local shops and restaurants are very good. Most importantly, Carla and family made us feel very welcome and were always on hand if we needed anything - she even did our washing! Well recommended."
