The Cilento National Park is just a few miles from the usual tourist routes, a place where nature mixes with art and culture in order to offer you wonderful cultural sites, high quality sea and attractive landscapes. The Cilento National Park has been recognised by the UNESCO since 1998 as part of the World Heritage and described as an outstanding cultural landscape'. In Castellabate you will also enjoy a high quality sea that is internationally awarded, with a wonderful fragmented coasts as well as attractive fine sand beaches. In 2005 Castellabate has been awarded once again the Blue Flag for its high quality sea and beaches.

The apartments are located in a private residence in Santa Maria di Castellabate, about 1 km from the seaside, with a panoramic view of the surrounding area. It is bordered by the Cilento National Park and near the seaside park of Punta Licosa. The apartments include a large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. They are newly built, tastefully furnished and each has a large private terrace overlooking the sea, complete with umbrella, table, and lounge chairs. The apartments include air conditioning, satellite TV and are located in a private complex with automatic gate, parking and a common picnic area furnished with tables, benches and a barbecue. You can also enjoy free Internet access and a large common swimming pool (16*7 meters, open from May 23rd to September 25th) that is located a 100 steps from the villa. We live in one of the villas next to the apartment so any kind of problem you may experience you will be just a few paces to its solution!

Suzanne says: "Overall we enjoyed the experience. The property is very close to Forest walks, safe, sandy beaches and interesting excursions. All perfect for a holiday with small children. However, the confirmation we received was for what we booked,(An apartment with a pool), but this is not what we found on arrival. We were advised that the pool does not open until 26th May. This was very disappointing as we were not advised of this on booking and to be honest, this was a major factor in booking this property in the first place. The owners told us that the pool opening times are on their own website so I advised them to contact villarenters re this so that other potential guests could have the correct information. Although it was a disappointment, we didn't let it spoil our holiday and enjoyed the week and provided we get the correct information in the future, I would consider using villarenters again."
