Taormina villa of 18 century with stunning view on Volcano Etna at few km .
Nestled amongst bougainvillaea citrus and olive plantations with outstanding views to Mount Etna, this Classic Sicilian home is an ideal base from which to explore the delights of Eastern Sicily and Taormina. Only twenty minutes from Taormina with its famous amphitheatre and colourful streets and yet hidden away from the outside world, the villa provides the opportunity for a very real Sicilian experience.
Are included in the rental rate:
* daily cleaning service, two hours, excluding Saturdays and Sundays;
* rent of premises on the first floor (entrance, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, dining room, living
room with large terrace and balcony, bedroom with bathroom 'en suite' bathroom shower and bedroom) and on
the ground floor (four double bedrooms, two bathrooms. All rooms have a view of and access to the garden);
* beds: 9
* private swimming pool six meters x 12 m: from mid April to late October. On request at an additional cost you can use
in other periods.
Notes:
Regarding electricity consumption are included 200 KW per week extra for each kW is planned an extra fee of 0.30 Euro for the consumption of hot water and heating are included 150 litres of fuel (LPG) per week; for each litre is an extra charge of euro 0.90 dotation of toilet paper, soap and detergents is secured only upon arrival, for the rest of the period the customer is responsible for itself. .

The house is on three floors. From the main entrance, up a few steps, one accesses the entrance hall. This leads in turn to a dining room and then onto the extremely spacious living area, complete with fireplace and large French window accessing the beautifully tended gardens. The well-equipped kitchen opens onto a wonderful flower-covered patio area, perfect for al fresco dining. A ramp leads down to a lower ground floor with a single bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a guest bathroom. The first floor is home to the main sleeping quarters and has three double bedrooms and one single. Two of the doubles have en-suite bathrooms (one with shower and tub, the other with tub only), while the third shares a bathroom with shower with the single bedroom.
