Grosseto Area villa rental details

CASAMORA - HOUSE ON THE BEACH
This pretty Villa is located on the beach front, only 15 meters from the shore.

The house is rather simple and basic, with terracotta floors and wooden ceilings, an unpretentious style which gets repaid by its charming location right on the sea.

The house has three terraces: one facing the sea overlooking the islands of the Tuscan archipelago; the other two look out onto the private pinewood at the back of the house.

The property is set on three floors.
Ground floor: a simple but large kitchen with all basic facilities, a fridge, a freezer, an small oven, four gas ring hobs, kitchen utensils, pans and dishes to cook for 15 people.
Spacious living room with fireplace, one twin (can be turned into double) bedroom and a bathroom with shower;

First floor: Large living room with fireplace, three twin (or double if preferred) bedrooms, one single bedroom plus one bed 1.20 meters long - ok for toddlers; one bathroom with shower;

Top Floor: Big double bedroom with toilet (wc and sink). There are two fireplaces inside.

All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Access: exit number 223 "Siena-Grosseto". SS. 322. Railway station "Grosseto". Bus service. For arrivals by plane: airport Firenze (FLR) 160 km.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 1 double,4 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has a double sofa bed located in the Futon bed. This room gives up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

Entertainment:
The villa has television. The music system will play cassettes.

Eating & Living:
There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

I meant to write to right after our holiday, but got very busy with relatives in town.

I wanted to thank you for your recommendation, we had a great time and everything worked out very well for us. The rooms were very comfortable, Betti was most friendly and so were the dogs :) In fact, the only "problem" was that our twins would have wanted to stay at Betti's to play with the dogs rather than go out sightseeing! Also, the Easter lunch was excellent, we had the best lamb we've had in ages.
