PRIVATE COUNTRY VILLA IN PANORAMIC POSITION
The estate, is a part of to the contiguous wine factory "Villa Rosa". It belongs also to the Commune of Castellina in Chianti and it lies in the middle of an area famous all over the world for the production of the wine "Gallo Nero", in the heart of Chianti Classico.
The wonderful position of the country-villa offers breathtaking views over the Tuscan landscape with its vineyards, olive-groves and always green rolling hills.
The house with an area of 500 m², of tow floor 250 m² , partly with refined antiquities. Wood-beam ceilings and tiled floors give typical country atmosphere. Its hell and big rooms are ideal to spend an enjoyable vacation. Occupation of the property limited to 12 persons.
The 140 m² terrace of a second-storied building, in the middle of a cypress grove, unique in its kind, in a 20.000 m² park, offers a spectacular view over the Chianti. Several benches, bbq, gazebos and a 16 x eight metres swimming-pool offer a particular, private atmosphere and they simply invite to do nothing.

Surroundings "Art" nature and taste
This part of Tuscany is particularly rich in culture and all this lies in the middle of a nature that is unique in its kind. Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Greve, Radda, Gaiole can be easily reached with a few minutes drive. In the area there is a great variety of good restaurants and there are also weekly markets.
Or you can simply satisfy your palate: wine tasting directly from wine factories, oil tasting or menus. Upon request you can ask the owners Sandro and Otello to taste their own products.

The wonderful swimming pool measures 16m x 8m/ 1.00-3.00 meters deep look to the vineyards and San Gimignano. The pool has a large surrounding decked area with a generous supply of sun lounges, sun umbrella and a comfortable gazebo. For outdoor dining, , there is a wide choice of tables and chairs.
Parking for six cars in private road.

Welcoming drink, bed, bath and kitchen linens, water, electricity, gas, final cleaning, pool cleaning service, garden maintenance and pool, salt, pepper, sugar, olive olio, vinegar, toilet paper all included in the price. Should you have rented for more than one week, on Saturday the towel will be changed. Baby bed avalibel.
