Villa Modern è una graziosa abitazione che sorge su una piccola collinetta alle porte di Castellammare del Golfo, nota località turistica che si affaccia sulla costa occidentale della Sicilia.
Grazie alla sua posizione, la villa gode da un lato di un’incantevole vista sul golfo di Castellammare e dall’altro lo sguardo si perde nel verde lussureggiante della montagna.
Villa Modern è l’ ideale per chi è alla ricerca di un posto tranquillo, nelle ampie verande è infatti possibile trascorrere sani e rigeneranti momenti di relax ed organizzare delle divertenti cene all’aperto.
Villa Modern racchiude in sè l’antico ed il moderno che fusi in un stile armonico e sofisticato allo stesso tempo, rendono l’ambiente elegante e curato. E’ possibile accedere al suo interno da un ampio salone caratterizzato dalla presenza di una grande vetrata che rende l’ambiente luminoso e che offre al contempo la possibilità di godere del paesaggio anche dall’interno.
Le pareti in pietra e il tetto di travi in legno richiamano il vecchio stile dei magazzini di campagna che uniti ai colori forti delle pareti ed uno stile moderno ed essenziale rendono l’ambiente confortevole e rilassante. Adiacente al salone si trova la piccola cucina in muratura , dotata di tutto il necessario, una piccola dispensa ad una lavanderia con wc.
Lungo il corridoio si aprono three camere da letto matrimoniali di cui una con bagno in camera ed un ulteriore bagno a servizio delle altre camere. Entrambi i bagni sono con doccia.
Le camere ampie e luminose sono arredate con uno stile essenziale e risultano confortevoli.
Ogni stanza è fornita di zanzariere alle finestra e condizionatore.
Tramite una piccola scala si accede al piano inferiore, dove troviamo un’ulteriore cucina, una camera matrimoniale ed un bagno con doccia.
La villa si trova a circa two km da Castellammare del Golfo, dove è possibile trovare tutti i servizi di prima necessità tra cui banche, posta, guardia medica, supermercati, ristoranti ecc…
La spiaggia di sabbia dista circa four km mentre Scopello circa 6.
L’aeroporto di Palermo dista 40km, quello di Trapani Birgi circa 50km.

Through a little staircase it is possible to reach the ground floor where there is a further kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The sandy beach is about at four km instead Scopello is at about six km.
