The villa is located in Bonagia, a little town at the foot of the mountain where the ancient borough of Erice is located. Bonagia is a seaside resort known for “The ancient Tonnara (tuna net) with its defensive Tower” and the Natural Reserve of “Mount Cofano”.
The Villa, in Mediterranean style, is surrounded by a luxuriant garden with exotic plants, palms and olive trees that creates a relaxing atmosphere . The swimming pool, with its irregular form, is located in the middle of the garden.
Villa Bonagia has several verandas that give the guests the opportunity to live the outside spaces comfortably and in total privacy. The house may be accessed from an open plan living room characterized by large windows that lead directly to the verandas and swimming pool. The living room is characterised by an elegant fireplace and a wooden staircase that leads to the upper floor. The kitchen, located in a corner of the living, is functional and equipped with all the necessary. Near this room there is a little pantry. From the kitchen it is possible to reach a further veranda equipped with an external kitchen, barbeque and wood stove.
On the ground floor there are also two bedrooms, one double bedroom and one single bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one double bedroom with sea view and one triple bedroom. The bathroom is with tub.
The furnishings are elegant and create a warm and cosy atmosphere.
The Villa is embellished by an enchanting suite, located in the first floor and accessible through an external staircase that guarantees the guests a total privacy. The suite is surrounded by windows that offer a breathtaking view over the coast of San Vito and over Mount Cofano. This place makes their guests dream. This location romantic and relaxing at the same time, is characterized by a wonderful jacuzzi inside the bedroom and its the perfect place to spend unforgettable moments.
The suite has also a bathroom with whirlpool shower and a little dressing room. The furniture and the colour of the room make the location a place of big charm.
From here you can easily reach San Vito Lo Capo, renowned tourist resort with its gold sandy beaches. Trapani is just 11 km far. Here you can find every kind of service: bank, restaurants, shops etc..
