CHARMING SEASIDE VILLA IN BAIA DOMITIA NEAR NAPLES
This is a tastefully furnished one level villa with air conditioning and electrical heating. The villa is composed of separate day and night areas. In the day area there is a large living/dining room with two tables (seating for 20+people), two sofas and tv set with dvd and playstation and a fully equipped kitchen. In the night area there is a corridor with two twin rooms, one bathroom and a double room with ensuite bathroom with shower.
Outside there is a large fenced garden paved in cotto with fruit trees (lemon, peach. cherry), an external shower (ideal when returnig from the beach) and two patios where you can have outdoor dining with our huge bbq.
Parking place for two cars inside the garden.
This is an excellent base for day trips to Naples and the surrounding areas (Sorrento,Capri,Ischia,Positano,the Amalfi Coast,Pompeii,Herculaneum to name a few) or even to Rome.

The villa is located in a pinewood residential area ideal for short walks in the holiday seaside town of Baia Domitia.
Quiet sand beaches are at only five min. walking distance.
Also at walking distance there are several shops,supermarkets,bars and restaurants/pizzerias.
2 kms away there is the lively town with more shops,markets,bars,seasonal cinemas and more.
For wine lovers there is very close one of the most famous wineries in Southern Italy,Villa matilde,where you can have tastings,dine and of course buy a few bottles to bring home.
