90 square metres, two very large rooms – this one level splendid apartment enjoys of great privacy becouse it is located on the first floor in the most historical wing of the Villa, with its own private entrance. It is a popular choice for couples on their honeymoon but it is perfect also for small family groups .
Far from the typology of the other ones, this apartment is a wonderful suite with all comforts of a furnished apartment. You find a very large open plan living/dining area with one Sleeper Sofa-Queen plus one single sofa/divans, fully equipped kitchen and dining table for 8. On the same floor there is one one queen sized bedroom, with a wardrobe space, and a well appointed bathroom with shower. one bedroom, one bathroom, one very large din-liv room.

Torre del Guado property is an impressive stone manor house placed amidst the natural scenery of the Upper Tiber Valley, close to Arezzo–Cortona and within easy driving distance of Florence, Siena and other cities of art. The villa looks out at the magnificent medieval towns of Anghiari, perched on a hill, and Sansepolcro, birthplace of the great painter Piero della Francesca.
The villa’s accommodation consists of two suggestive reception rooms and five refined self-catering vacation-accommodations, of different sizes and typology, with excellent facilities. The whole holiday house inside very large secure attractively maintained equipped gardens (20.000 mq) with the wonderful 15X7 swimming pool (open from May to September).
The farmhouse Torre del Guado, with its large apartments, with private kitchen, washing machine, and living room with sofa beds, is great for families ( if many familiar groups, the whole property can be rented), as well as for couples ( like honeymoon) or business traveller looking for one double bed apartment.
As well as relaxing and a base for touring, our holiday farmhouse gives you the possibility to experience unforgettable moments as only a place in Tuscany can and, with its reception rooms plus the park inside the spectacular tuscan landscape, is a superb birthdays, cerimonies and weddings location in tuscany (with optional catering service on request).
Museums, cultural sites, thermal baths, golf, tennis courts, horse-riding, shops, typical tuscan restaurants available at short driving distance.
The Torre del Guado villa can be rented as a whole or as five separate apartments.
Outside : In the centre of large and attractively maintained gardens (20.000 mq), where you may stroll through vast green areas and enjoy a spectacular view on the tuscan landscape, there is the wonderful and equipped 15X7 swimming pool (purified through filters with sea salt widhout the bother of the chlorine) with outside shower, for only guests’ use and relax. The gardens provide, also, plenty of garden furniture: three gazebos, sun-beds, tables, chairs, sunshade and a playing and bbq area.

**For those of you who prefer to indulge in sporting activities:
Trekking, Biking, fishing at three km, Windsurfing on the near Montedoglio lake ( seven kms), Golf (18 holes) six kms away, Horse-riding plus school at two and six kms tennis courts and and five-a-side football at two kms, a very equipped modern gym and professional instructors, sauna, Turkish bath... at three kms, in Sansepolcro.
The Adriatico sea at approximately one hour driving.

* For people interested in finding a real deal in the world of "haute couture" (womens and mens) there is, nearby, a small, exclusive shopping centre called The Mall, factory outlets of Gucci, Giorgio Armani, Yves Saint Laurent, and other top designer labels. Not far away there is a similar Prada outlet.
This apartment has a small porch and a private garden furniture under the outdoor stairs.
All the apartments ( from 2+ to 4+ guests) are tastefully and stylishly decorated thanks to a carefully selected colour scheme of warm, pastel shades (yellow, apricot, indigo, mauve) and enjoy plenty of natural light along with wonderful views of the tuscan landscape and the foothills of the Apennines and valley. Each self catering accommodation has its independent entry on the ground floor from the garden, own fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen-corner (4 plates, gas, refrigerator, ice compartment, electric oven, toaster..), one bathroom, with shower, bidet, sink, WC, and all the benefits of modern technology ( Satellite television, individual washing machine and heating ).
