The villa was originally built five years ago. To a very high standard with modern facilities. The villa has been completely redecorated in 2009 inside and out, also we have replaced a great deal of the furniture eg. Sofas, beds, fridge freezer, television cabinets, cooker, hob etc etc
Its location allows easy day trips to many popular destinations in Sardegna such as Alghero (5 km), Sassari and Oristano (40 km), Nuoro (80 km) & Costa Smeralda (90 km).

The villa is on two levels and is comfortably furnished with many original features:

This villa rental includes central heating, two televisions, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. Cleaning and/or cooking help are available at an additional fee. Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Many other destinations in Sardegna, such as Alghero (5 km), Oristano and Bosa (35 km) Nuoro (80 km), Costa Smeralda and Olbia (90 km), are all within easy reach.
