Stunning seaside villa
This stunning, rustic, large family holiday house in set in an idyllic seaside location. The property is open plan with classic wooden beams featured throughout offering an abundance of space, with a sunroom opening out onto the patio, completed with landscaped gardens. Built to architect specifications with a full interior package including Devi electric under floor heating system, a fully equipped utility room and a traditional country styled designed kitchen containing all Bosch electrical appliances. A large lounge with a large open slate fireplace and adjoining sunroom gives a homely and warm ambiance to the house. Ideal for kids and family holidays. Award winning Architect designed and part of a small exclusive development this rustic modern house is provided to cater for every need and convenience of the discerning holidaymaker. The outside garden patio which is fully furnished overlooks the unspoilt Irish countryside.

Local Area
There are several European Blue Flag beaches within easy reach and Waterville beach is within 1km of the house. The unspoilt rural Irish countryside is just outside the front door. The world heritage site The Skelligs Rock with its ancient monastic settlement is only a few miles offshore and is easily accessible with one of the many day trip local boat operators. The nearest traditional Irish Pub offering regular traditional music & entertainment is only five mins walk away. The village centre with restaurants, pubs, shops, cafes etc. is less than ten mins walk. Many local walks including the Kerry Way are within easy access. There is a nearby equestrian centre about two miles away with a full itinerary available of lessons and local riding treks. Water sports are in abundance with local water sport adventure centres in Valentia, Ballinskelligs and Derrynane.
