Enjoying wonderful views over the surrounding countryside from its elevated vantage point, this single story property is found on the Wicklow/Wexford border.
It makes an ideal base for touring the South-East of Ireland.
Beautifully decorated with all modcons. Your own large decking and a beautifyl private garden.
The Bustling town of Gorey can be reached within 15 mins., while Arklow is just ten mins. away. The city of Dublin with its fine architecture and vibrant night life is just an hour away. Many activities are available locally - hill walking, fishing, golfing, and swimming to name but a few.

Interior
The property consists of one king size bed with ensuite. With stunning views of the South-East coast you can enjoy breakfas on the decking or in the dining area.
All mod cons included for your convenience.
Private carcar parking and ample space to sit and read or take a leisurely walk.


Activities
The avid golfer will have his/her skills tested on any one of many golf courses surrounding 'The Lodge'. (15mins.drive)
Arklow Golf Links is very popular while Woodenbridge is famous for its attractive setting in the vale of Avoca. Host to the Irish OPen is Druids Glen Golf Club which is just 30 mins. drive. One is spoiled for choice when it comes to Golf Courses in the South East.

The lodge comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. This room gives up to 2 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The lodge has television. The music system will play cassettes, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Pets:Pets are welcome. Pets are welcome provided they do not soil, tear or scratch the walls or furniture. Once the owner is responsible for any damage caused by the pet and they do not bark continually, they are most welcome. 
Wheelchairs:Property is suitable for wheelchairs. The property is on the ground floor with French Doors for easy access.
The decking has a ramp suitable for wheelchair access.
However, the shower is not wide enough for wheelchair accessibility 
Children:Propery is not suitable for children.
