About the Villa
In Rousospiti, above the springs of the village the villas are located. It is about two independent, newly-built residences-villas (2007), while a third villa is being prepared, just six kilometres outside Rethimno. They are subsumed completely in the natural environment, in order to ensure privacy and relaxation, in the quiet of nature.
The sensitivity and delicate taste of the householder have absolutely combined the functionalism and the comfort of space with the tradition.
The traditional residences allocate all the modern comforts for a comfortable stay, all the seasons of year.
In the two levels of exterior space, between trees and herbs of Cretan ground, you can enjoy also the dew next to the swimming-pool and meridian rest under the arbor.

The bedrooms are large and different among them, all however in similar style, with the old furniture of grand mother embellishing discreetly the spaces, giving a flavour of authenticity and high quality for your stay in the villas.
The place of the residences in the higher point of the village is irresistible and offers quiet and splendid view of mountain "Vrisinas", the "Fortetza" fortress and the sea. Visitors are given the chance to wander in the alleys and churches of the village and walk in paths E4.
Description
In the floor each villa has two bedrooms (1 with double bed and with two singles that can be linked) as well as a big bathroom. The veranda of the floor has a breathtaking view and offers moments of relaxation.
In the ground floor of the villa is found one more bedroom with two single beds, a large bathroom with a built, traditional tub, the living room with couch-bed, next to the fireplace and the cooker of the residence.
Our villa in Crete allocates cooker with all the modern comforts and is completely equipped. Also the villa allocates electric cooker with oven, microwave oven, dish-washer and washing-machine, refrigerator, toaster, coffee-pot and complete set of utensils of cooking and serving.
