The villas five air conditioned bedrooms include three twins and two doubles all with ensued facilities, including two turbo massage baths and two turbo massage showers. All bedrooms have satellite television as well as a DVD player and all have terraces or balconies with patio table and comfortable directors chairs. Two of the twin bedrooms are particular large and have additional, small single beds suitable for children.
There are two doubles and one twin/triple at the first floor level and a further twin/triple on the ground floor which has a shower room suitable for wheel chair use. At lower ground floor level there is a twin bedroom with en suite turbo massage shower. This bedroom has sliding patio doors to a quiet terrace and lawn area to the side of the property.
Also at this level is the large games room and gym, presently equipped with a pool table, exercise bike and treadmill.
There is a satellite television with DVD player in the living room and the villas have a small portable CD player for music. Each bathroom also has a hair dryer.

Location
The Aera of Polemachi - Tavronitis
30km west of Chania, the village of Tavronitis stands at the point where the north coast road sends an exploratory spur wriggling southwards over the mountains to Paleochora.
Tourism still remains pretty low key and the village retains an authentic ambience with very friendly shopkeepers, delighted to have the opportunity to practice there English, to have the chance to hear about other peoples life style ore tell about there own.
In the village of Tavronitis you will find a couple of convenient mini-markets, theres a butcher bakery and a patisserie.
If you go down by the sea are 3-4 taverns strung along the pebbly shore line which stretches some ten km around the bay to Kolymbari notable for its mouth watering choice of harbour side fish taverns, a larger super market and three banks all with ATM.
For fresh fruit, vegetables and local atmosphere visit the Saturday market in Voukoulies, seven km inland.
