Surrounded by olive groves overlooking the tranquil village of Fterno this modern villa stands on over an acre of land offering spectacular views of the Ionian Sea and the nearby Islands of Arkoudi, Atokos, Petalou, Kythros, Ithika and Kefalonia. The villa is modern and tastefully decorated with a large lounge and a fully fitted kitchen complete with a separate dining area. The villa is built as split level; the four bedrooms are split between these two levels with two upstairs and two downstairs. The main access has steps up to the paved area outside the door. The downstairs bedrooms have access to a lower patio area, which also has steps up to the pool and main patio areas. The rest of the villa is all on the same level as the pool and patio areas. The salt water infinity pool including a hydro massage jet is surrounded by a large private patio that includes a covered area for alfresco dining. All patio areas are enclosed with natural stone walls, railings and lockable gates. The covered patio area located outside the kitchen is fitted with an additional fridge, sink and work surface to help with BBQs, outside drinks and alfresco dining. As well as the covered patio, there are three parasols for shade around the pool. Also provided is a six burner gas BBQ (with hotplate), 12 sun loungers, table and chairs for 10, outside pool room shower with WC and sink. A washing line is available on the rear patio. There is plenty of car parking for several cars.
Within an easy walking distance of 800m is the village of Fterno, where there are two family run tavernas and a coffee shop and just a short drive away are the bustling port towns of Nidri and Vasiliki which have many taverna’s, bars, shops, nightlife and great water sports facilities.
