The villa is located in the eastern part of inland Corfu, in the Dasia area, at a distance of 12 kilometers from the main town and Corfu airport.
It is fully autonomous, designed to preserve the privacy of residents.
It is located on a seaside plot of land facing the beach and has its own private pool and exclusive use of an outdoor area of 2000m2.
Description
The villa has two floors and a total area of 140m2, with the capacity to sleep six persons in three bedrooms.
All interior areas are air-conditioned using the fan coil type heating-cooling system and there is also a central heating system.
On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with fireplace.
The kitchen has fitted appliances including dishwasher and microwave oven, as well as an espresso machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything else necessary for a comfortable stay.
There is one bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom. Glass doors, with a width of 2.5m2, open directly onto the garden and pool area.
On the ground floor there is also a separate utility room equipped with a washing machine, linen closet, ironing facilities and vacuum cleaner.
On the first floor there are the other two bedrooms. The first has two single beds which may be joined to make a double, a bathroom and private balcony, whilst the second has a double bed, its own en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and a sea view, as well as a balcony with seating area.
All bedrooms have a sea view.
There are LCD televisions in all the bedrooms as well as in the living room which is also equipped with DVD Home-Cinema and satellite receiver.
Wireless internet access is also available free of charge in all areas of the house
there is a fax machine, phone and a safe.
The entrance to the property is through the main gate, from where the grounds are divided into two separate parts where each villa has exclusive use of a garden of approximately 2,000m2 in size.

The villa is available all year round, with a minimum length of stay for the months of June, July, August and September of seven nights.
The rates referred to in the price list include the following:
- use of all spaces and the comforts they provide, apart from the pool during winter months
- 24 hour supply of heating/air conditioning
- wireless internet access in all areas
- maid service four days per week
- pool maintenance and cleaning
- garden maintenance
By agreement, and with payment of the respective charges, car rental can be arranged, as well as baby sitting services, excursions, water sports, a chef or catering services, hairdressing, manicure/pedicure, massage, dry cleaning etc.
