Lefkas Island villa rental details

Luxury 2 bedrooms Villas with Private Pools
Villas Galini, Erato and Kymo have been designed and are furnished to a high standard throughout. They are located within a short drive of the pretty resort and small fishing harbour of Agios Nikitas. The islands bustling capital, Lefkada Town, is within a twenty minute drive. Here you will find a wide selection of restaurants, shops and bars.

Each villa is set over three floors with the living area on the middle floor. There is an open-plan kitchen with dining area and a very comfortably furnished lounge with big sofas. Large, sliding patio doors give access onto the pool terrace which has wonderful sea views.

Downstairs from the living area is a bedroom with twin beds. This room has a freestanding fan and an ensuite bathroom with shower stall. The second bedroom - an air-conditioned double - has an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower.

The Agios Nikitas Resort Villas in Agios NIkitas villageare luxurious villas that are situated in one of the most picturesque settlements in Lefkada. The most attractive feature of the villas are their location, as they offer a breathtaking view of the sea , as well as the nearby mountainside villages All villas are private, surrounded by stone-built walls and fences. The outdoor area of each villa is paved in stone and includes a garden with trees and flowers, verandas, a swimming pool and a parking area. The villas are tastefully decorated and furnished and fully-equipped. They are warm and cozy, in earthy tones of stone, wood and marble. All the villas include satellite TV, a radio/CD player, a hair dryer, a DVD player with movies provided free of charge, and internet access. Upon arrival you are offered traditional sweets, fruit and champagne.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double,1 twin and a cot, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. This room gives up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

General:
villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

Entertainment:

Diane says: "This is one 5 villas in the rural village of Vafkeri. The village is very small and has one taverna, the main town being Nydri [8km down on the coast]. We stayed during the last week of the season and the taverna was shut thus we had to travel down the mountain every night to eat and get provisions. We did not find this a problem BUT a car is essential. We upgraded our car and given the steep and winding roads it should be considered by all ataying at the villas. The villa Moduri was fantastic, spacious, decorated and built to a high standard. The pool and grounds were well tended and maintained. The pool is unheated and very cold- so a possible project for the owner could be installation of solar powered pool heating. The views from the villa and ground are truly spectacular; if its peace and tranquility surrounded by beautiful countryside then this is the place for you. We were the only guests for the week so very tranquil but the space and layout between the villas means you have your own privacy even if it were full; the reception and bar were closed, again no problem for us- but reviews in the visitors book does indicate that the bar, BBQ etc are very good. The little extras in the villa make a difference- towelling robes, bath and hand towels, toilet paper, liquid soaps in the bathrooms, washing up liquid/ dishcloth and scourer, lighter fluid for the fire [we had one evening with a very severe storm and a roaring fire was great]. All in all highly recommend this villa."
