This villa is located outside the village and 12 km from the town of Rethymno. The position of the villa offers spectacular wonderful views. With three bedrooms, the villa is suitable for up to six people. The villa has a 40m2 swimming pool and a barbeque area.

The villa has been tastefully furnished and well equipped and includes an open plan kitchen, dining/lounge area with doors opening out on to a pergola covered terrace. Steps lead down to the pool, swimming poolside patio and garden.

Stone walls in the living and kitchen area adds to the charm of the property and archways lead to the bedrooms and bathrooms.One bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, the other two bedrooms have got two single beds each. A family shower room is accessed from the inner hall. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
