Spacious (13 rooms in one acre of gardens and land), private, tranquil, rural and an intensely serene setting. The villa is built around the remains of ancient bakery and stables and reuses original walls and windows structures in the design. A stunning private pool area set amongst walls dating back to 400 BC. Our private gardens have lawns and many trees including palm, pine, and fruits. The original architecture is lovingly restored but modernised to include satellite television, Wi-Fi, log fires, a farmhouse kitchen, stone flooring, and huge open terraces – all in private grounds covering well over one acre.
Plenty of space for nine or more to be together comfortably.
We have warm and welcoming locals, and few tourists. As well as a warm and personal welcome, with our attention to detail we do all we can to make your stay an experience you’ll remember, and a holiday easy to enjoy - from optional airport collection to complimentary welcome packs and toiletries, and as standard, complimentary daily cleaning of the swimming poolside and terraces and gardens. Real Greece Experience
We’re a simple motorway drive from Athens in real Greece Olive grove country, rural villages, and few tourists. We’re set on the Aegean coast with miles of coastline to enjoy – some beaches often empty of people, hard-to-get-to tiny coves to find and explore, or busy seaside resorts that Athenians love to weekend in – busy with cafes, bars and restaurants, sailing, tennis, horse riding and more. Around you are tiny village kafenions, olive presses, a nearby vineyard producing fine red wines, quiet walks exploring the countryside or the remains of Roman ruins, a Venetian tower, or a Turkish Ottery or Ottoman castle just a stone’s throw from the House.
Here you get the best of both worlds - a place where life is simple and time can pass you by, but where you can join the locals in lovely beachside settings eating, drinking and dancing all night long. A place you can relax and rest in peace and quiet, somewhere to experience real Greek culture, yet where you can choose to go out eating and dancing.
From here you can easily day trip to the stunning monasteries of Meteora, ancient Delphi, the delightful mountain villages of Pelion, famous Thermopylae, or in season the ski resorts of Parnassos or Karpensisi (where else can you ski in the morning and relax the beaches in the afternoon?).

We also do some special optional extras: Private sailing on a yacht, for the day or longer, exploring the coast or visiting islands Or, dining swimming poolside under candlelight with dinner and bouzouki dancing presented by a local Chef – a great way to celebrate a special occasion or just being together.
