St Brieuc. 20 km. Major city located between the steep sided valleys of the River Gouedic to the east and the River Gouet to the west. Famous for its scallops.
St Cast le Guildo. 30 km. Small but lively seaside resort with an impressive seven beaches and secret inlets. A paradise to water fanatics with a multitude of activities and water sports available to all. Also attractive views of the Emerald Coast and Cap Fréhel and ideal for delightful coastal walks.

Kite Surfing school, St Brieuc. 20 km. Watersports. Learn to kite surf in all security with a pro (Tadeg Normand broke the sand yachting speed world record in 2000). The school offers introduction lessons as well as 3, nine or 18-hour courses using the best equipment.
Zooparc de Tregomeur, Tregomeur. 30 km. Animal park. Exclusively dedicated to the Asian and Madagascar flora and fauna. Rare and extraordinary animals: snow panthers, tigers, Malayan Sun Bears, lemurs....

Cap Fréhel. 30 km. Peninsula offering stunning views over the Côte d'Émeraude into the Golfe de Saint-Malo. The most spectacular cliffs and undulating terrain covered in moorland and marshes make it a favourite hotspot for both locals and tourists.
St Quay Portrieux. 40 km. Popular seaside resort with busy marina and bustling fishing port.
Dinan. 50 km. Quaint medieval town located along the banks of the River Rance. The attractively preserved town boasts a castle, narrow cobbled streets and old timbered buildings. Definitely worth a visit.
Ile de Bréhat. 70 km. In reality, two traffic-free islands linked by a tiny bridge, just a few kilometres off Paimpol. One of the most attractive sites in Brittany and renowned as a sanctuary for rare species of wild flowers as well as for birds of all kinds. To be discovered on foot or by bike (available for hire on arrival).
