La Ferme des Quatres Saisons is a tranquil and large self-catering property in three acres near Aquitaine, in the Lot & Garonne region an hour from Bordeaux.
Situated in a small hamlet, Sainte Croix, next to a ruined 12th Century church, it is a secluded single-storey farmhouse with a 10m x 5m pool and three acres of garden, meadow and fruit trees that you are free to wander through. The house sleeps seven in three bedrooms and has bathroom with wc, separate shower and wc.
The house is comfortable, fully furnished and well-equipped for year-round living.
In addition to the facilities at the farmhouse itself, there are many sporting, gastronomic and cultural activities within easy reach.
The Farmhouse has mature gardens including a "kitchen garden" which provides produce throughout the year.

Whether you want to sample French food (Duck is the speciality) or go wine-tasting locally, Cotes des Marmandais and Cote de Duras. The Bastide D'Armagnac where the famous brandy is made is within 40 Kms and is also very popular.
LOCAL HISTORY
You are also 20 miles from both St Emelion and Bergerac where some of the finest French wines are produced and are delightful towns to visit. The area is very interesting historically, there are over 40 bastides -fortified villages many built by the the English in the 13th Century.
