Echevronne Grange
Lovingly restored Grange located close to Beaune in traditional burgundy style. Aimed at those looking for a luxurious break away from home in an area renowned for its fine wine and food.
The Grange is a restored burgundian stone house, 200/300 years old, peacefully nestling amongst the famous vineyards of Burgundy. Close to Beaune, in the heart of the Cote d’or.

On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge and a wc. The lounge opens via french windows directly onto the terrace overlooking the swimming pool. The swimming pool is heated and is large enough for some swimming. There are sun loungers and a table for dining on this terrace.

An oak staircase leads from the lounge to a mezzanine with additional seating for relaxing.

This leads to a double bedroom with views over the garden. The luxury bathroom facilities have been thoughtfully integrated into one corner of this room.

The property has be furnished in a modern but classic style which is very sympathetic to the environment and age of the building.

The garden is on three levels and is filled with flowers and shrubs. There are plenty of places to rest and relax, and a bbq is available for use. We own both the main house and the grange, the main house is not rented out and we will not be there during your stay. This means that you have a very private property not overlooked by any neighbours. The gardens and pool are looked after by contractors and are therefore maintained to a very well.

You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Andrew says: " The owner ( Michael) met us at the property and provided some essential supplies, opened a bottle of wine and went over the local area restaurants, supermarkets etc , this was extremely welcoming after the long drive from the UK.We couldnt have hoped for a better situated or furnished property, complete with its` own heated pool. It was in a quiet village which is precisely what we were after, but still only 10 minutes drive to the centre of Beaune, fantastic. Its well situated for travelling around the area making the most of the local food and wine. "
