This modern Cypriot holiday apartment is ideal for those seeking an independent holiday experience in the Paphos region of Cyprus, this is more than an ordinary self catering apartment located just off the Tomb of the Kings road in Kato Paphos. The apartment is part the small Sofilia complex of 16 apartments, it has its own pool bar/diner, serving food day and night that caters for all your needs. The bar also includes a games area and internet access. The Sofilia holiday apartment has been furnished to ensure every possible comfort, with all facilities available to you, our guest. The holiday apartment is fully air-conditioned and tastefully furnished. The Sofilia apartment has a shared pool with plenty of sun beds and umbrella’s to take advantage of the wonderful Cyprus sun, which shines over 330 days of the year. The unique pool design has a childrens pool and a attractive water feature. Weve even provided a safe for your valuables.

Local area & transport
The Sofilia holiday apartments in Cyprus are ideally located in the Tomb of the Kings area of Paphos. The holiday apartment is less than a ten minute walk from the nearest beach and only five minutes from a bus stop that runs every 15 minutes to Paphos old town with its designer souvenir shops & Paphos harbour with its fishing port & tourist areas. Not forgetting the wonderful night life whether it’s a meal in one of the many restaurants or a big night out on the busy bar street in Paphos. The bus also takes tourists to Coral Bay with its lovely beach, bars and tavernas. ThisSofilia holiday apartment is walking distance to local shops, bakery, tavernas, bars and restaurants. A hire car is not necessary for this apartment although would be an advantage to discover the beauty of Cyprus, private car parking is provided at the apartment.
We have always found that reasonable flights to Cyprus can be booked with Cyprus Airways and Monarch Airlines web site. With Monarch there seem to be better deals if you fly into Larnaca aiport. If you do this then why not hire a car to save the cost of taxis and have the freedom to explore the attractive Island for your stay in Cyprus.

Extras
If you require a mid stay clean, you can simply arrange and pay for this with Marina at the pool bar as she manages the aptartment. The cost of this will be 40 euros.

From the balcony, too your left you have a view of the pool and too your right you have a view of the sea where you can watch the beautiful Cypriot sun set. Even though this is a non smoking apartment feel free to smoke on the balcony, ash trays are provided.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double,1 twin. The property also has a single sofa bed located in the in the Lounge, there is also a folding bed that can be provided if required for your stay.. This room gives up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

Entertainment:
The apartment has television. Recreational activities available with the apartment include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Georgia says: "I stayed at this apartment towards the end of June 09 with 5 of my friends. We are all aged between 20-21 and are all students. Therefore we were looking for good value for money but without downgrading too much in the quality of the accommodation this place more than exceeded our expectations, the apartment is very spacious and well furnished, well equiped with everything you would need for a self-catering holiday. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage and the living room was also very spacious with a plasma tv and dvd player, the living room went out to the balcony which overlooks the complex and has a lovely table and chairs. The air con was excellent and we were always cool, however it is on a timer so only stays on for an hour at a time but there is a remote for it and therefore it is easily turned back on. The complex itself was great, lovely pool and kids pool with a pool side bar that caters for all your food and drink needs. There is also a computer with internet usage available. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful one of the waitresses called a taxi for us to the busy club life each night! I would definitely recommend this appartment to all, whether you are looking for a relaxing time by the pool or for experiencing the nightlife of Paphos!"
