About the HOUSE
NIOVI house offers you a unique experience, the chance to sample the peace and serenity of village life in real Cypriot houses with all the comforts of modern living. The house stands at the highest point of the village and has a 200 year old history. It has been renovated without in any way altering its traditional character. During your stay at the NIOVI house you will have the opportunity to experience the authentic traditional life in a Cypriot village, as well as the genuine hospitality of Mrs Niovi, who lives across the road. NIOVI house offer a private small courtyard, air-conditioning, en-suite bathrooms, self catering kitchen, fireplace and many other facilities. The house is also part of the Cyprus Agrotourism Scheme under the supervision of the Cyprus Tourist Organization.

TOCHNI Village
Tochni Village is an easy drive from both Larnaca and Limassol. If you are looking for a taste of traditional Cyprus with friendly villagers and modern conveniences, Tochni will suit you perfectly. Excellent restaurants and bars and a good general store for all your provisions. Governor's Beach is just six km. away! Excellent beach for swimming and sunbathing on the southern coast of Cyprus with long stretches of clean sand and shallow crystal water. It is a perfect beach for families with children, and also offers secluded coves for those who want more privacy. As well as the attractive sandy beach, the spectacular white rocks stretch for miles from the west end of the beach...a perfect area for snorkelling, boating and fishing.

Malcolm & Julia says: "We loved it and hopefully will be returning next May. If we had discovered the property years ago I feel we would now be part of the family. Not for people seeking luxury 5 star accomodation, but for those that want to see Cyprus as the locals do. Mrs Niovi kept us supplied wirh delicious figs and George was there if you needed him. Car hire essential but the roads are very good. Property even came with its own pets, see picture. Ignore the directions given to get to the property, simply get on the road to Limassol or Lemessos ( same place) and take the turn to Zygi after about 30 minutes."
