A stunning new villa in a quiet cul-de sac. The property is maintained to a high standard. It offers three bedrooms with air conditioning/heating throughout. Bedroom two has a double bed, bedroom three has two large single beds (which could accommodate two children in each bed), and a main bathroom. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge area. All Linen and bathroom towels are provided please bring your own towels for the beach. Outside the villa offers a large sun terrace which surrounds the large private pool, an outside shower, complete with patio furniture, and four sun loungers. To the front and side of the property there are appealing gardens. Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
Travel
Situated in Protaras, a popular holiday resort, the villa is located in a quiet location with views of the sea. The property is within 20 minutes walking distance of the local beach. Within easy reach, can be found an abundance of restaurants, bars, shops and stunning golden sandy beaches. The nearby charming town of Paralimni is only a short distance away. The villa is 45 minutes away from Larnaca International Airport.
Booking Notes
The Villa will be available after 3pm on the day of arrival and we ask you to kindly vacate the property by 11am on departure day to allow for cleaning. If you wish to have the property cleaned during your stay this can be arranged for an extra cost. A 25%(non-refundable) deposist will be required to secure the booking with the balance payable eight weeks before your arrival. A security deposit of £200 is required with the balance payment, this will be refunded, less any damage costs on your return
