The Villa
This attractive and well furnished luxury villa with private pool and fruit garden, is located near the picturesque village of Peyia and just five minutes by car to Coral Bay. The villa has spectacular views and is set in a peaceful area. The master bedroom is on the first floor and features a super king size bed with en-suite shower room and patio doors leading onto a balcony with views across Coral Bay, Paphos and the mountains.
Outside
Through the double glazed dining/lounge patio doors there is a large sun deck with steps leading down to the 4x8m swimming pool which boasts full width Roman steps and an adjacent fresh water shower. Quality sun loungers and sun shades are provided. Palm, hibiscus, fruit trees and various colourful plants adorn the garden which is set over three levels. At first floor level, accessed by an external staircase there is a large furnished terrace offering spectacular views to the sea and mountains - perfect for sundowners.
Local Area
The centre of Peyia village, just a couple of minutes drive away has a great selection of traditional tavernas which offer excellent cuisine, there are also shops, supermarkets, butcher, baker etc.
The livelier resort of Coral Bay with its many hotels, restaurants, bars and sandy beach is just five minutes by car.
Paphos town is only15 minutes drive away. The attractive harbour with its Fort, waterside bars and restaurants is a must visit. Most days the traditional market is open selling local produce and souvenirs. For some culture you should visit the archaeological treasures of the Mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings.
There are three 18-hole courses to choose from: Tsada Golf Club, Secret Valley Golf Club and Aphrodite Hills Golf Course. Lara Bay which is 20 mins drive away, is also known as turtle beach at Lara Bay and is home to the Green Turtle, one of the few places in the Mediterranean where this turtle returns to breed, the bay is shaped like a horse shoe and is a mixture of soft sand and rocks.
