This attractively appointed three bedroom villa has been tastefully furnished with attention to detail. It is has a very large and fresh open plan living, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor. The front door of this leads you to the comfortable lounge which follows on to the dining area. In the dining area two patio doors open onto the garden veranda. In the garden of this holiday villa you can relax around the private and generous sized tiled swimming pool. This villa is located within easy walking distance to shops bars and restaurants and some of Pernera’s most idyllic sandy beaches

This villa has a fully equipped modern kitchen with all you would need for a self catering holiday including a full oven and hob, microwave and washing machine and fridge-freezer. There is a side door from the kitchen which will lead you to the drive way and private car parking area. On the ground level there is also a cloakroom. All three bedrooms of this villa are located on the first floor and are stylishly furnished. Both the Master bedroom and the third bedroom have veranda's that overlook the pool and garden. The charming Master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. The bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air-conditioning.
