KATO PAPHOS PRIME LOCATION VILLA & PRIVATE POOL
Eliana Villa is a large, detached three bedroom villa with it's own

private swimming pool in a very quiet area of Kato Paphos ideal for

your summer holiday rental.

Eliana Villa comprises a roomy lounge with a patio door leading to

the pool area. A dining area next to the fitted kitchen and

breakfast bar easily accommodates six persons.

A cloakroom with WC and washbasin completes the ground floor.

A granite staircase leads to the first floor which comprises three

bedrooms.

The master bedroom with en suite has patio doors leading to a

balcony which overlooks the pool.

Two twin bedrooms are located right next to the main bathroom.

Eliana Villa has sufficient off street car parking for two cars. The

villa is located in a quiet area with the town centre, beach and

harbour are just minutes away - the best of both worlds!

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double,1 twin and a cot, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has a single sofa bed located in the Lounge. This room gives up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

General:
villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

Entertainment:
The villa has television and home cinema with dvd. The music system will play. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

Eating & Living:
There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Dave says: "The description of the property and location were extremely accurate. Only 15 mins walk to the local bars and tavernas. When we arrived, the villa was in pristine condition and the cleanliness surpassed our expectations. Joulietta, the owner, was more than helpful for all our personal requirements from stocking the fridge with wine to organizing a hired car for us. She was only a telephone call away. She even allowed us to vacate the propery later than we should have due to a PM flight. Although a car was not required, we wanted to see more of the Island and Joulietta got us a very good deal. I would have no hesitation in recommending his villa to anyone. Hope to return next year!! "
