The Townhouse
With its central location, this large three bedroom townhouse at the small Kellys Dream complex in the residential Universal district of Kato Paphos, is ideally located. Close to all local facilities and within a short walking distance of many famous attractions such as Paphos Harbour, The Mosaics, Tombs of the Kings and Bar Street, as well as beaches/water sports, gym/tennis facilities and a good variety of restaurants. A short car/bus ride to Paphos Town and Coral Bay. The house, accommodating up to six people and with its shared pool, has also proved to be a perfect choice for wedding guests requiring accommodation in the Paphos area.
The property is deceptively large, smartly designed and furnished and offers a vast choice of seating and relaxation areas between, lounge, dining area, balconies, terraces and rear garden/ BBQ area. The property is well equipped throughout with downstairs benefiting from modern kitchen, dining area (seating 6), lounge with chunky and fashionable brown sofas and silver television (with Satellite) and a very useful downstairs bedroom with access to a terrace overlooking pool as well as a shower room/WC. To the rear there is a garden area with tables and chairs and gazebo with Gas cooking facilities and pergola for privacy and shade when required. An ideal place for alfresco dining and entertaining.
Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms, the master enjoying a balcony which overlooks the pool and the second twin room enjoying access to the aforementioned balcony and terrace with benefits from two lounging chairs, table and sun umbrella, for relaxing and soaking up the sunshine. A large family bathroom with modern bath and shower over completes the upstairs.
To the front of the house is the generously proportioned kidney shaped pool and swimming poolside relaxation area (which is shared by only six properties), four sun loungers are supplied for use in this area which allows a good degree of privacy for you and your party of guests. Private car parking is available for those guests who wish to hire a car.
The property benefits from Air-Conditioning throughout for heat/cool, has ceiling fans and two wall mounted heaters downstairs.
The Location
This small and intimate development is set in central Kato Paphos and justminutes walking distance to all the activities you could wish for in this great holiday location. The world renowned Paphos harbour, the mosaic museum, Bar Street, restaurants offering all types of cuisine, water sports and the beach can all be walked to within 5-10 minutes from Kelly’s Dream. There is also an excellent bus service which stops near to the property and goes from Kato
Paphos to Coral Bay, Paphos town and nearby villages.
There are also several hotels within walking distance of Kellys Dream which offer the use of their facilities (i.e. gym, sauna, tennis, etc.) to non-residents at a small cost.
Paphos and Cyprus
Paphos itself consists of two towns, each with its very own character. Ktima on the cliff (Upper Paphos) and Kato Paphos by the sea (Lower Paphos). One is virtually unchanged over the centuries and thoroughly Cypriot, while the other has expanded over the last decade from a sleepy fishing village and harbour, into a vibrant cosmopolitan resort which is expanding and improving each year.
In Kato Paphos, (in the archaeological park), you will find many fine mosaics and buildings from Greek and Roman periods, plus the Harbour Castle. Close by, is the church of St Pauls Pillar, where the pillar St Paul was tied to can be found. Further down this road are the Tombs of the Kings and Christian Catacombs.

There are no private beaches on the island and Cyprus boasts dozens of European Blue Flag awards. The secluded sandy beaches are perfect for snorkelling and every watersport you can imagine.
If you want excitement then you may want to visit one of three world class water parks within easy reach that rival any in the world.
Or, if you want something more relaxing there are three top class golf courses (par 71/72) within 20 minutes drive. This property is ideally located to enjoy all three golf courses and we have specific golf holiday packages that include this property for those that are interested.
Eating out in Cyprus is not only extremely cheap but also its virtually impossible to eat badly. A lot of the locals and tourists too, dont bother cooking at home they just eat out. You can get full English breakfasts for around five Euros and even have a 20 to 30 course meal, the famous Cyprus Meze, for around 15 euros.
There truly is just too much of Cyprus to write about here. The best thing is to just make the effort to visit and we guarantee you will have the holiday of a lifetime.
