Newly constructed apartment has everything you need to have a wonderful holiday. With air conditioning to keep you cool on the hot balmy days and nights. All linen and towels are provided. Situated in a quiet area of Kapparis, yet within close distance of all you need including supermarkets, cafes, bars and cosy tavernas. Only tenminutes walking distance from the famous Firemans Beach, taking its name from the firemen who used to use the beach for training excercises. The beach is a cove with attractive soft sand and crystal clear waters

Swimming pool
The complex has a attractive shared pool and separate childrens pool. There is also a small but well designed childrens play area to keep the children occupied.

Area
Situated in the area of Paralimini, this lovely town has all you need including supermarkets, and an abundance of designer shops and small cosy tavernas. Within 15 minutes drive you can reach the towns of Pernera, Protaras and the vibrant Ayia Napa, this apartment is perfectly located to enjoy all Cyprus has to offer. A car is necessary to explore further afield, however there are taxis readily available at reasonable cost.
Travel Tip..Remember it is always advisable to ask the cost of your journey before you get into the car.
