This one bedroom Holiday Apartment is overlooking the beach on the 2nd floor of a small building consisting of two floors just 20 meters from the water. It has an open plan kitchen, and an attractive sitting room and a specious veranda. All rooms including the bedroom are overlooking the attractive Governor’s beach.
Accommodation
The apartment accepts and accommodates up to two adults in its comfortable double bedroom which has in suite facilities, air conditioning and excellent sea view.
The apartment has all the facilities a visitor may need even for long term stay, including air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, microwave, fridge, oven, hob, toaster-roster, iron, satelite television, Internet and hair dryer.
About the area
Cyprus is small enough for you to get around easily. Roads are good and well signposted, and traffic moves smoothly and without the excesses and unpredictability sometimes found in other countries in the Middle East or Mediterranean Europe.
Limassol and Larnaca tourist area where you can enjoy night life is less than 30 minutes drive. Water parks, seasonal festivals like...Wine Festival or Carnival, and so many ancient places of interest can be found in the area like the two Neolithic villages located six kilometres away. There is a horse riding centre near by, Water Park, Zoo, Camel Park and a biker centre. Visiting Nicosia, Paphos, Akamas, or Troodos Mountains is less than one hour drive!
