Description
Three bedroom Beach Apartment for beach holiday in Limassol. This is a specious lovely apartment and is just 40 meters away from the attractive endless blue flag Limassol beach. It has balcony as well as and very specious sitting room and three bedrooms.
A communal swimming pool is also available for our quests.

Accommodation Facilities

One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other two have two single beds each folded beds. All three bedrooms have built in wardrobes and they are air conditioned. The bathroom has a bath and is large enough for two people to be using it at once...
The apartment is fully equipped even for long term rent with a very large sitting room and balcony.

Other Facilities
All rooms including kitchen and sitting room have air-conditioning (heat and cool). Kitchen is fully equipped with very large fridge, electric cooker and oven, washing machine, microwave, iron and iron board, and all the necessary for a comfortable luxury long term rent! There are television, radio and CD player. All linen and towels are provided free of charge.
The beach, supermarkets, restaurants clubs and pubs are all within walking distance! This beach apartment is ideal for beach holidays for all age groups and tastes.
