Description
A newly built (October 2005) three bedroom villa, being one of five similar villas, set on a private driveway leading directly down to the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is modern and well appointed throughout and is just a fewminutes walking distance to a sandy beach.

The accommodation is arranged as follows:

Philippos Complex is located only 150 metres from the sea. It is a complex of villas and bungalows painted in the characteristic blue and white colours associated with the Mediterranean. Philippos Complex provides all the facilities needed for memorable holidays and is the best place for peaceful family holidays. This villa / bungalow has a master double bedroom with en-suite shower room, plus two twin bedrooms. There is also a full bathroom and a further separate shower room. It can accommodate up to 6-7 people. It is fully-equipped for self-catering accommodating with private car parking, attractive gardens and large private swimming swimming pools.

Outside
Private eight x four meter swimming pool surrounded a sunbathing terrace complete with sunbeds, and lawned gardens and banana trees. Pergola with wooden bench seating below, brick built bbq with sink unit, pool shower. Private covered car parking area.

Location

The villa is located in a convenient location being within 200 metres of the sea, fiveminutes walking distance of a selection of tavernas and shops, close to the beach, and just five minutes drive to both Paphos town and Coral Bay.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double,2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. This room gives up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

Entertainment:
The villa has television. The music system will play radio.

Eating & Living:
There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware.
