This luxurious villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac only ten minutes stroll to the nearest beach and the attractive Cape Greco national park. Furnished to the highest specifications and extremely well equipped the villa offers complete comfort and luxury.

Outside
With a large secluded sun terrace complete with a luxury patio dining table, parasol, chairs and sun loungers (for six people) the exterior of the villa is as luxurious as the interior. There is a large pool area with a gas BBQ. The pool is 7x3m with built-in steps for easy access. The pool and surrounding patio area have their own lighting and an outside shower. The pool is cleaned and checked twice a week and beach towels are also provided for guests.

The District of Famagusta is made up of many small towns and villages.The south of the island offers good beaches, ancient ruins and temples, quiet inland villages and landscapes, water activities and a vibrant nightlife in the larger towns.The nearest town to the villa is Protaras. Here you will find a vast selection of restaurants, bars and a attractive gently sloping beach. Konnos Bay is just a ten minute walk from the villa and has one of the most popular beaches on the east coast. It offers a great choice of water sports and a lovely clean beach. Just a little further past this bay you have the stunning area of Cape Greco, an area of outstanding beauty with its National Park area and sandy beaches.
