A new built villa with a pool on a terrace with a stunning view
This newly built natural stone Villa sits on the hillside of the little town of Vizinada. There is absolutely no traffic around it and it is a prefect relaxing private retreat. Yet everything you need is in short walking distance. From the villa, the view over the Mirna valley is nothing less than stunning. Overused in many travel articles, the word is inadequate for this place. Every day the view changes. Sometimes it can change more frequently, because of mists rolling in from the sea. Between the hill Vizinada stands on and the mountains in the background, is the ancient hill-top village of Motovun. Yes, ‘stunning’ is the right word! A big wonderful terrace with pool and six sun beds is the right way to enjoy it. There is a Veranda for al fresco dining... and a stone bbq. On the inside everything has been carefully decorated.
There are three bedrooms with one of them being on two levels with two single beds on a gallery and a single or double downstairs. There are two bathrooms and a separate WC. Everything essential is in a short walking distance.
