Secluded beach, traditional stonework, and luxurious decor!
Being the owner of the villa in Bol has always been my dream. The small village of Bol next to the Golden Horn Beach will excite all the age groups. Golden Horn, one of the best beaches in Adriatic, offers windsurfing, snorkling, diving, and numerous beach activities for kids (trampoline, small playground, etc). Resturants are abundant on the beach itself, but at night you will find the great entertainment in the town of Bol with cafes, night clubs, restaurants, cinema, shopping opportunities at every corner.
It is truly great being only 7km away from the vibrant summer town of Bol, but if you want to get-away-from-it-all, our villa will not disapoint. Follow the dirt road five km west of Bol and Golden Horn Beach, and You will discover the historic eco-village of Murvica with its famous beach, archaeological site of "Dragon's Cave", traditional stone homes, and endless vineyards. Drive few kms more, and stunning old Monastery from the cliff awaits. Then, just few minutes more, and there you are, in our special ecological paradise.
Above the coming road, you will see three hilltops of the mountain peaks welcoming you. There, under the meticulosly kept vineyards of "Plavac" wine, are the stone walls of our villa, and the spectacular sea views of Hvar and other islands. Drive through the gate, and park at the top of our stone villa. Walk down the stone steps, and you will enter the beautifiul outdoor terrace, and the outdoor kitchen. Our outdoor kitchen features stone sinks and counters made by local stone mason, custom designed wood cabinetry , local stone fireplace, porcelain tile Italian flooring. Outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with cooktops, bbq, fine china and cutlery, and pots and pans. This is your unique opportunity to cook outdoors with the freshest organic ingredients, just like the locals did for centuries. There you will also find the table for eight people, summer breeze, and the million dollar view for your meals.
Stroll down the path, check the vineyards, and stop at the end of the estate for the suprising view. You will see the spectacular beach suitable for children, young, even older. The beach below the estate is very private, unlike the hustle and bustle of Golden Horn Beach. We also discovered the attractive cave, and the small beach inside the cave closeby; the lovers of the nature, snorkeling and scuba divers will enjoy exploring the area.
After lazy day of relaxing, go back to villa where you will enjoy all the facilities of the luxury. Wheter it is custom made upholstered sofa in the living room, attractive stone fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, double sink, all the fine china for the special meals, or fine original art, even the most decadent will be amazed! Entire villa has high beamed celings, but one of the bedrooms also has a special gallery with the custom made twin bed overhangining below the celing. This will be a great spot for your teenager or child who will appreaciate this special bed from the pirate stories just for him/her.
On other hand, you will appreciate your double bedroom with the morning view of the crystal clear water from your bed. There is no need to get up up to the window here; you can enjoy the beauty of the Adriatic sea while sipping your coffee in bed!
Villa also has a bathroom with the walk- in shower which is convenient for older and children alike. There you will find plenty of clean towels, soap, shampoo, and other bath products. Sometimes, however, you will not even want to use the full bathroom. Outside the villa, you will find a shower, and a stone custom made artistic sink, for those days when you just want to have a quick shower after the day at the beach.
Villa also has a storage room with additional collapsable bed. Additional storage was also made for generator, as our entire ecological villa is powered by solar panels with the generator back up.
