Perfectly located in Sunny Beach. This superb, modern apartment is tastefully decorated with all conveniences. It can comfortably sleep up to four people.The apartment is on the 3rd floor, overlooking the pool with unobstructed views. SW facing and therefore has sun on the terrace, ideal for relaxing on the balcony. Large one bedroom with two single beds. Lounge with double sofa bed. Terrace with view over pool. Spacious bathroom and WC with walk-in shower. Fully equipped kitchen. Towels, linen and crockery are all provided. Car hire not necessary as all facilities are within walking distance. Swimming pool. The main bus terminal is directly behind the complex and from here you can take a trip to Bourgas, Varna, Sozopol, Sofia and even Istanbul. A short walk from the complex is the main Sunny Beach markets where many designer brands are sold. 250m from the fabulous Sunny Beach with clean sand and clear sea. Casino across the road and nightclubs within walking distance. Complex has 24 hour security and a lift. Owners reside in Bulgaria and can provide airport transfers. Although the apartment allows smokers, we would appreciate if persons would use the balcony for smoking. The large private pool has sun loungers for your use and a lovely grass area around the pool.
