There are communal swimming pools dotted around the golf course for your summer vacation and an open fire and heating throughout to make your winter vacation cosy.

The Jack Nicklaus design golf club offers privacy, great mountain views, and access to all the facilities of a Country Golf Club and Spa such as swimming pool (indoor and outdoor); tennis; Spa centre with hot mineral water; 24 hour security; playground; Club House and general store.

Although the Golf Course is due to open in 2014 the holiday rental offers a good touring base for the capital city of Sofia (45 minutes) and the second biggest city Plovdiv also 45 minutes).

DOLNA BANYA AND SURROUNDING VILLAGES
IBAR is located on the edge of Dolna Banya which is known as a resort town, famous for its hot mineral waters, with temperatures of 56.3 C. The area surrounding the town is largely agricultural, although hiking trails and skiing in the nearby mountains are easily accessible.

BOROVETS AND THE PROPOSED SUPER BOROVETS PROJECT
Just 20 minutes from IBAR is Borovets Ski Resort which is the oldest Bulgarian winter resort and has a network of ski runs and lifts along the slopes of the Rila Mountains, providing excellent opportunities for a whole range of winter sports. The resort has twice hosted World Cup Alpine Skiing rounds, while the Biathlon track is one of the best in the world.
