Villa Grace Inside Information
‘Villa Grace’ is a modern villa and the furnishings reflect the modern style Interior. We feel that it is home from home with a warm family feel, and benefits from air-conditioning. ALL five bedrooms are large and large with en-suites (towels included) and have there own terraces. The modern style kitchen is equipped with all cooking and dining essentials, utility room has washing machine with drying facilities, child’s high chair and cot, open plan living/dining area has a log burning fire, leather ’L’ shape suite and flat screen 42” satellite television and cinema DVD, Patio doors lead onto a large private south facing terrace with stunning wonderful sea views.

Villa Grace Outside Information
The Villa is a stunning newly built modern four story home with all south facing aspects. The outside alfresco living is what we all desire on holiday and we feel that the villa embraces the alfresco dining, the one depth pool with cover and lighting is ideal for those choosing to play pool games or for those with young children. There is a fabulous hand built stone BBQ with a covered eating area that comfortably seats ten people for dining and comes complete with outside kitchen. The patio area is equipped with six sun-loungers with additional seating and outside lighting, and has a stunning sea view overlooking Albena resort.

The Bulgarian Black sea Coast stretching for 236 miles (380km) is a popular destination for thousands of Bulgarians as well as foreign visitors every summer, with warm sea temperatures a sunny climate, picture-perfect white sand beaches, modern resort and a favourable exchange rate.

Seaside towns invite a more independent vacation with plenty of bars and restaurants that add local flavour and character. The coast is also one of the best spa regions in the country and the resorts offer the added attraction of mineral baths, mud treatments and thermal springs

Albena is Bulgarians most Northerly holiday resort and lies 6km North of Golden Sands and 40km North East of Varna Airport. Albena’s wide sandy beach is its best feature, and in the summer water sports, parasols and sunbeds are available for hire. The beach is patrolled by lifeguards making this a good resort for families with children. There is also a bowling alley and toddlers funfair. There are a handful of restaurants, pizzerias and cafes at the beach promenade. The small Bazaar shopping centre offers a few souvenir shops and one department store.

We have a local contact that once you have processed your booking we can arrange for your transfers, to & from the airport if required for a local rate - price on application. We would also recommend that anyone wishing to proceed with the booking fly into Varna airport (30min Trans) as it is more local however you can fly into Bourgas but your transfer time will be roughly 3hrs.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Garry says: "On a positive, the property has excellent decor and plenty of space and suited us as a base for exploring the region. The owner was very responsive to our needs and was very keen to ensure our stay was good. The only negatives were the location and the maintenance on the villa. To clarify, it was a bit further from the town than expected and required either a long walk or taxi. Saying that, in the last couple of days, we realised you could get a bus in to either of the local resorts at a very cheap cost. On arrival, we had problems with bed linen. During the holiday, we had 3 occasions where we had no power (localised to villa), a power switch on the wall needed repairing (as dangerous) and the air conditioning leaked."
