Sunny Beach area villa rental details

Luxury detached villa with private pool in peaceful surroundings
Situated only ten minutes drive from the beaches of Sunny Beach and Nessabar this detached luxury villa is the ideal location, with sea views and perfectly located for exploring the surrounding areas. Take your pick from the world heritage site of Nessabar or the more commercialised areas of lively Sunny Beach or New Nessabar with an abundance of shops,bars and restaurants to choose from.
Bus services operate to both places from The nearby Vineyards complex during the high season but a car is still highly recommended but not essential. Alternatively, relax at the villa with private pool and jacuzzi and make use of the free facilities at the nearby complex where there is a bar, restaurant and a small supermarket plus sports facilities. (Facilities vary depending on season)

ACCOMODATION
Set in its own private gardens with 40m2 swimming pool with built in jacuzzi, this fabulous detached villa is the perfect place to stay. Having the added advantage of a complex nearby, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind in the privacy of your own home, whilst enjoying the complex facilites a short walk away. The villa has 3bedrooms and bathrooms, two bedrooms on the first floor with en suite bathrooms and a 3rd bedroom on the ground floor with 3rd shower room next to it. Top quality furnishings throughout, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine in separate utility room, three large bedrooms(2 en suite). There are twin beds in two of the bedrooms but these can be made into double beds if preferred and a double sofa bed in the living room means the villa comfortably sleeps 6-8 people. Enjoy fabulous views from the two balconies or relax on the large outdoor terrace and make use of the free standing brick built barbeque.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Janet says: "The Villa itself is of a very high standard, the views are wonderful and because the villa has a glass front you have a brilliant sea view. We met some lovely people and everyone seemed extremely happy on Floral Hills. The Hotel although looks fabulous was not open and would not be open until next year. I think one of the draw for us was that we could use the hotel facilities - but we couldnt. Not that it particularly bothered us because the villa was fantastic and you have some wonderful places close by like Ravda, Nessebar and for the youngsters Sunny Beach - you didnt need to go looking for any further entertainment. We ate in the Hotel Restaurent a couple of times and found it provided a very good service, wide selec tion on the menu (especially the vegetarian platter and the pork platter) and the food was very reasonably priced. I think all in all we thought that the food in the hotel was the best we had. We also visited the Cristal restaurant in Moldova - Steves suggestion and it again was lovely. One other place to go for a fantastic breakfast (real Sausage and bacon) was the Boat in Ravda. Thoroughly enjoyed the food in this place. One thing that we thought was missing was a general guide - we have been holidaying in villas for the last eight years and everyone had a file with basic information in. we had never been to Bulgaria before and it would have been nice to have a general guide as to where to visit, different restaurants around the area. The other thing we were quite surprised about is that The Vineyard complex themselves didnt really promote the restaurant we thought that there would be a menu in the villas with prices and we didnt know until the end of the holiday but you can Take Away! Car hire is (we think) a must, buses are available but for pure ease, especially when you are new to the area it was nice to climb into a car. Driving on the roads - you literally take your life into your hands - i have never seen in any country people overtaking and double overtaking as they do, we found keeping to the speed limit and letting the others do exactly what they want was the ideal scenario. One other reason we did hire a car was that the supermarket on the complex was very poorly stocked and we wouldnt have been able to survive - we used the Carrefour in Bourgas (3 litre box of Chardonnay wine less than £5.00). All in all this villa was excellent value for money, Bulgaria itself, although quite a bit behind will soon catch up with the rest of Europe and it was nice to visit when it is still quite raw. Bulgaria is a must we certainly will be re-visiting !!!!!"
